LOW INCOME FAMILIES TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

Food stamps are not available to some families whose income exceed the maximum level, but could be considered low income. These families face numerous challenges in daily living and many have limited access, and unmet needs for food, clothing, healthcare, and other basic needs.

OPERATION DRIVE LOW INCOME FAMILIES TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

Our Goal

It is our goal to raise awareness about the transportation crisis in Suburban areas of Illinois. Our plan is to create partnerships with public and community groups to remove the barriers of the current transportation crisis to provide “fill in the gap” transportation options. Seniors, persons with disabilities, disabled, veterans, and children in suburban areas of Illinois are greatly impacted, and cannot get to critical appointments. Operation Drive will provide transportation services to seniors, persons with disabilities, veterans, and persons that are disadvantaged to help build strong, and sustainable communities.
