WELL CHECK TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

 

Several children are in need of well check visits to avoid chronic health problems, but more often their appointments are missed due to lack of transportation. Our focus is to combat the problem with a solution by providing on-going transportation to those families in need of our services. Low income families experience illnesses at higher rates than non-poor families.
